Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer. We'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days International Shipping: 7–21 business days (where available)

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
