Refund policy

Returns

We hope you love your order, but if it's not quite right, you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached. You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong item. We'll work with you to make it right.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, the quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at evntcentral@gmail.com.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
